What is the difference between cold galvanized electric welding net and hot galvanized electric welding net

Cold galvanized and hot galvanized welding mesh material difference
Hot dip galvanizing, that is, after melting the zinc into a liquid state, the material waiting for galvanizing is dipped into it, so that the zinc will form an interinfiltration layer with the material waiting for galvanizing, so that it is very tightly combined, and there are no residual impurities or defects in the middle of the layer. Moreover, the coating thickness is large, which can reach 100um, so the corrosion resistance is high, and the salt spray test can reach 96 hours, which is equivalent to 10 years in the usual environment; Cold galvanizing is electroplating at room temperature, although the thickness of the coating can also be controlled, but relatively speaking, the coating bond strength and thickness are low, so the corrosion resistance is poor.

Cold. Hot-dip galvanized welding mesh pay attention to the difference
(1) From the surface point of view, hot-dip galvanized welding net is not as bright and smooth as cold galvanized welding net.
(2) From the zinc content, the zinc content of hot-dip galvanized welding net is higher than that of cold galvanized welding net.
(3) From the point of view of service life, the service life of hot-dip galvanized welding net is longer than that of electro-galvanized welding net.

Identification method of cold and hot dip galvanized electric welding nets
(1) Look with your eyes: the surface of the hot-dip galvanized welding net is not smooth, there are small zinc blocks, and the surface of the cold galvanized welding net is smooth and bright, and there are no small zinc blocks.
(2) Physical test: zinc content of hot-dip galvanized welding net > 100g/m, and zinc content of cold galvanized welding net 10g/m2.
